Sometimes you are overcome by the overwhelming feeling that life is unmanageable and not unfolding as you would like…Perhaps you get emotionally triggered by your partner, a force takes over you and you say something you later regret…Or you’re in a room with other people but feel disconnected and alone….Or maybe you’re heading into work wondering what the point of all this is anyway…
I have felt stressed and overwhelmed during periods of great transition in my life whether is was moving to a new place, making new friends, building community, ending a meaningful relationship, leaving a long time job and company, or starting over in every sense of the word. I know from experience how valuable it is to be supported and witnessed through transitions. How crucial it is to feel grounded while taking steps forward, no matter how little they are.
My personal journey has led me to create a life coaching practice, Venture Beyond LLC, which I am so proud to say is now live. I have a few paid clients and am ready to expand and take on more! This is my life’s work, my calling. I know how tough life can be, and my goal in working with you is to help ease stress and pressure we all experience so that you can manifest your dreams. This is an invitation to anyone that wants to invest in themselves and grow into the person you know you can become.
Together, we will design a plan that fulfills your needs and aspirations.
I specialize in navigating transitions and manifesting dreams in the areas of relationships, career, home, and community. Here’s a little backstory on how I got to where I am today…
I’ve had my fair share of challenging experiences dealing with major life transitions whether it was leaving a place I loved, moving to a new place, ending meaningful relationships, navigating being alone, starting to date again, starting a new relationship, leaving a job, starting a new job, making a career change, traveling the world by myself, or working with healing plant medicines, confronting my inner reality, and integrating these experiences into my life.
At age seven, I moved from France to the United States; two cultures that could not be more different! My entire family had to assimilate into new cultural norms as my father is French and my mother British. To further add to the complexity, my amazing older sister (of two years) has autism. Starting at a very young age, I learned to navigate uncomfortable situations that were out of my control.
I am 30 years old and have lived in four countries: France, United States, Spain & Peru. During my time in the US, I lived in six states: Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and now Colorado. I have moved for school, jobs, love, and just because it sounded like a cool place to live.
I worked diligently for 7+ years in HR Strategy, Consulting, & Coaching at Liberty Mutual climbing the corporate ladder while also achieving a Master’s degree at Columbia University in Social Organizational Psychology. My degree specialized in change management and consultation. I learned to understand the complexity of change at the individual, group, and organizational levels. After an 8 year relationship ended and my identity was shaken, I started to really dig deep. I evaluated what I cared about, who I was outside of that relationship, and what kind of life I wanted to create for myself. I really woke up to the truth. I realized that I was in charge of my decisions. That I had a choice every moment. I started to realize that I always have a choice and can create anything I want as long as I am willing to put in the work to get there. This was a huge breakthrough for me. I began stepping into my power and into my journey to freedom, surrender, and peace of mind. I ventured beyond my reality as it was.
As I evaluated how I was spending my time, I really started to question what I was doing for 70% of my waking hours Monday through Friday. As much as I enjoyed aspects of my job, I realized I didn’t want my life to be a series of promotions. So I decided to quit my job and travel the world. I saved up for over a year, gave 3 months notice, and set off on what was meant to be a 6 month solo backpacking trip around Asia.
Fast forward, a year and eight countries later I found myself teaching Yin Yoga and Meditation at the Temple of the Way of Light, an Ayahuasca Center in the Amazon Jungle of Peru. That experience and everything leading up to it changed my life. I lead pre-ceremony yoga, pranayama & meditation, supporting guests to tune into their body’s before working with plant medicine. It was an incredible honor to support guests through their deep personal work. It only solidified my calling to support people in experiencing raw freedom which I learned can only come from within.
I am committed to helping myself and others gain clarity by breaking through limiting beliefs, the stories we tell ourselves, and our rationalizing justifications to ultimately embody and expand into our personal power, allowing the beauty that’s always been there to emerge. I have done and continue to do deep personal work through many modalities such as therapy, coaching, yoga, meditation, and working with plant medicine.
I’m ready to show up for you. I look forward to knowing you, hearing your stories, and connecting with you on a real human level to uncover the gold beneath the surface and bring it up to the light. There is nothing more important than real connection, community, and support. In this time we need each other more than we know. We are not alone. All we need to do is reach out and ask for help.
My commitment is to listen. Fully. Creating a safe space where you feel welcome. A space free of any judgment, shame, guilt, or unspoken expectations. Simply show up as you are and I will be here with you. We will create a plan to manifest your dreams. I certainly don’t have all the answers but I am constantly learning, growing, and walking this path myself. Oftentimes we teach what we also need to learn. That means I am jumping in the water with you so we can swim to shore together.
Thank you for reading this and following me on my journey over the past 2 years. I will be launching my coaching website (shout out to Komodo Media) and logo (shout out to Elliott Graham) soon. In the meantime, I am taking on more clients right now! I invite you to come dream bigger with me and take the necessary steps to manifest your aspirations.
As Ram Dass says so well, “we’re all going to the same place, and we’re all on a path. Sometimes our paths converge. Sometimes they separate, and we can hardly see each other, much less hear each other. But on the good days, we’re walking on the same path, close together, and we’re walking each other home.”
I look forward to reading your messages and supporting you on your path to a happier, healthier, fulfilling and peaceful life! Let’s go home.

I worked with Jenna for a number of years at Liberty Mutual. We co-managed some very difficult transitions there, including one that impacted the lives and careers of hundreds of people. Through it all, she focused first on treating the impacted employees with compassion. She challenged me, many years her senior, to do the same. Many employees reached out to her directly for advice on how to successfully manage the transition. I know she will bring that same focus, insight and passion to her new coaching practice.
